Fall/Winter Tips & Reminders
- Starting in October you may wish to run your pool equipment less to conserve energy; however, the pool equipment still needs to run at least 3 hours/day.
- Salt chlorinators—we will be turning off salt chlorinators within the next couple of months because these units do not produce chlorine when the water temperature goes below 55 degrees. We will be using liquid chlorine through the fall and winter months.
- If you wish to have your solar winterized, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
- If the outside temperature gets below 30 degrees, please remember to run your pool equipment overnight to avoid freezing.
- Just a reminder that on rainy days, pools that normally receive Full service will receive Chemical/Filter service only. Thank you for your understanding.
