1. Test pool/spa water for chlorine residual, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and Cyanuric Acid.
   
2. Treat pool/spa with the necessary chemicals for sanitation.

Chemical/Filter Service - Starting at $70/month

1. Test pool/spa water for chlorine residual, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and Cyanuric Acid.
   
2. Treat pool/spa with the necessary chemicals for sanitation.
3. Clean pump and skimmer baskets.
4. Clean filter system as needed.
5. Clean debris bag on pool cleaner.

Full Service - Starting at $100/month

1. Test pool/spa water for chlorine residual, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and Cyanuric Acid.
   
2. Treat pool/spa with the necessary chemicals for sanitation.
3. Clean pump and skimmer baskets.
4. Clean filter system as needed.
5. Clean debris bag on pool cleaner.
6. Brush pool/spa.
7. Skim water surface and remove floating matter.
8. Vacuum pool/spa as needed.
9. Scrub tile in pool/spa as needed. (Additional charge for removal of calcium).
